We are now looking for an IT Management Consultant to join our team — someone who wants to grow with us and help our customers build a stable, secure, and future-ready IT environment.

What will you be doing?

As an IT Management Consultant, you act as the outsourced IT lead for our customers — ensuring smooth daily operations and guiding technology decisions to support long-term business goals. Your responsibilities include:

• Overseeing daily IT operations, service levels, vendors, and escalations
• Monitoring cloud and on-prem environments, capacity planning, and lifecycle management
• Coordinating security and compliance processes (access management, patching, ISO/GDPR)
• Building the IT roadmap together with customer leadership and steering key initiatives
• Supporting IT budgeting, procurement, cost tracking, and vendor optimisation
• Ensuring high-quality support operations and a great user experience
• Planning and developing customer IT environments hands-on

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys leading complex environments, thinking strategically about technology, and influencing the quality of our customers’ IT.

What we expect from you

• Several years of work experience in managing or designing IT environments (Head of IT, IT Manager, Service Manager, Architect, Senior IT Consultant, etc.)
• Strong understanding of cloud and infrastructure technologies (M365, Azure, Google Workspace, networking, identity management)
• Ability to oversee IT security processes (patching, access management, compliance)
• Experience in planning IT roadmaps and managing technical debt
• Great communication skills and a people-centric mindset
• Ability to work independently as well as part of an account team
• Fluent Finnish and English
• Leadership experience from IT teams is considered a plus
